Admission Guidelines

Admission Criteria

Pre-Nursery (Play Group): Admissions are open to children aged between 2 years 6 months to 3 years 6 months as on 1st April of the academic year. The same age-appropriate scale applies to higher classes.

Procedure for Admission

• Application forms are released online in February (as per notice board dates).
• Forms must be filled and submitted online along with:
  • Attested copy of Date of Birth Certificate (Municipality/Baptismal for Christians).
  • Latest passport-size photograph.
• Parents and child must attend counselling with the Principal on the date/time specified.
• Selected candidates' names are displayed on the notice board.
• Selected candidates must submit original certificates and complete all formalities at the College Office by the given date.
• Note: No affidavits are accepted for date of birth. Once entered, the student’s name and DOB cannot be changed.
• Admission is subject to agreement to abide by all College rules, fee structures, and any future updates.

For Admission to Higher Classes

• Admission depends on vacancy availability (due to transfers or withdrawals).
• Entrance test and counselling are conducted on a specified date:
  • UKG to Class V: English and Maths.
  • Class VI to IX: English, Maths, and Science.
• Higher merit is required for students from other schools.
• Attested copies of mark sheet and character certificate from previous school must be submitted.
• Shortlisted students will be interviewed along with their parents.
• Final admission is granted only after completing all formalities within the notified period.
• The Principal reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.

Documents Required

• Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from the last school attended, duly countersigned by education authority (if applicable).
• Character Certificate from the previous institution.
